Securing Your Engagement

  • You may reschedule any engagement once with minimum 48-hour notice. The rescheduled session must occur within 30 days of the original date.

  • Monthly retainer clients receive enhanced scheduling flexibility as part of their ongoing partnership.

Scheduling Flexibility

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your Executive Strategy Session or Authority Intensive.

  • First month's investment is due upon engagement commencement.

Cancellation Standards

  • Deposit is non-refundable; deposit is credited toward future services; remaining balance is refunded or credited.
