Scope of Services
Our consulting services are customized and offered in virtual or in-person formats. Scope, availability, and format are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully

  • Be punctual for all scheduled engagements

  • Complete payments as agreed

  • Abide by the cancellation and rescheduling policies

Payment Terms
All services require payment in advance. A deposit is required to confirm booking, with the remainder due before the start of the engagement.

Confidentiality
We treat all client communications and personal details with discretion. Information is never shared without written consent, unless legally required.

Disclaimer
Our consulting is designed to offer insight, support, and development tools. We do not make guarantees regarding specific results. Clients are responsible for how they apply the information received.

Modifications
Policies and terms may be updated periodically. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. The following policies are designed to support mutual accountability and respect.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your engagement.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. The rescheduled engagement must take place within 30 days.

Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are charged in full.

Refunds
Refunds are not issued for completed services or missed appointments. In exceptional cases, partial credit may be offered at our discretion.
